Scottish Palliative Care Guidelines Survey

Healthcare Improvement Scotland is seeking feedback on your experiences of using the Scottish Palliative Care Guidelines in practice within NHSScotland. Please participate in the survey to share with us what works well, what needs rethinking and what is out of date.
